Jeffery D. Small started the practice in the spring of 1987. It has stayed as a sole proprietorship for all the years and will continue to do so in order to provide the personalized services to our clientele. The focus of the practice has been individual and small business’s tax needs in addition to strategic planning. In 1996 the firm branched out into the Business Valuation and Litigation service.
